Shipping + Returns
Online purchases are restricted for delivery outside U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please check out Farfetch.
FedEx is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to approx. 2-3 business days from order date for your order to ship. For next delivery, the order must be placed by 1 PM EST.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times after orders are placed.
Need to return your purchase? No problem!
You can return any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you will be returning one or more items
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund
- Attach the pre-paid FedEx return label included in your order
- Drop off the box at any FedEx or FedEx-authorized shipping outlet
- Check the tracking number on your shipping label to see when your package has arrived at our warehouse
- Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email
