Refund policy

Unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned with all tags and labels intact.

After receival of your package, the returned items go through our Quality Check, in case the product is approved, your refund or exchange will be promptly issued.

In case you receive a damaged item, do discriminate in your return or exchange ticket, so that it may be approved upon arrival and inspection.

Our warehouse can take up to 14 business days to evaluate your returned items.
