Shipping Policies:

Domestic Orders (USA territory)

USA orders are shipped with FedEx, UPS or DHL. PatBO works with two shipping types: ground shipping, which takes up to 5 business days of transit. or expedite shipping, which takes up to 2 business days of transit. Our orders get fulfilled within 2 business days. 

  • Ground Shipping is $10 in orders up to $200;

  • Ground Shipping is free above orders $200;

  • Expedite Shipping is $20 on all orders.


International Orders

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid - taxes and duties included), In case, upon arrival, taxes and duties are separately charged, do contact us at our WebChat or email patbo@patbo.com. Shipping, taxes and duties costs are calculated at checkout, according to destination.

By law, PatBO is required to disclose the full value of package contents, which may not be altered.

International orders take up to 2 business days to be processed and it can take up to 15 business days to arrive at its destination, according to the customs and transit time.


General Shipping Policies

PatBO does NOT ship to PO Boxes.

After orders are processed and shipped, clients receive an email with tracking information. Note that the email PatBO will refer to is the email used when the order is placed.

Note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.

Our orders are processed automatically and can not be expedited or delayed after its placement.
